U.S. Consumer Sentiment Reaches Pre-Recession High
Continued Good News for Housing
The preliminary University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index for October
was released last week and it shows some very positive news. The index reached a
high of 83.1, the highest month since September 2007!
The chart below shows 2012 in red and compares this year to the three
previous years. You can see the dramatic improvement in recent months.
