Clients of the Month

Our clients of the month are seller Steve Lemken and buyers Jason and Tamara Rademacher. Steve, a recently retired, long time Rock Creek Forest resident, called us when he decided to move to Bucks County Pennsylvania and wanted to sell his house. The house had great potential but wanted a bit of sprucing up in order to fetch top dollar. We worked with Steve and Irshad Alie at Alliance Home Improvement on updates over the summer. At the same time, a friend referred us to Jason and Tamara, who were looking for just such a house. We were able to show them Steve's house, along with a few others on the market in the area and the rest is history. The deal was a real "win-win" because Steve was able to sell without the dreaded staging and the Rademachers got to put their own finishing touches on the home. Congratulations to everyone!
